New tools are created every day. We know how to use them.

It would be easy to name-drop the technologies we've implemented, the coding languages we use or the APIs we're familiar with - but then we'd have to update this page every two weeks.

Suffice it to say - you won't stump us. We've got experience integrating just about any web tool you can think of into our work.

But again, these tools aren't the point. They're just another way to make sure that your message is heard. Sure, Google Maps are nifty. But if they don't help get the point across, then we don't need them.

Case study: Message Experiment

Message Experiment

In an attempt to identify an effective message to motivate respondents to action on a ballot measure, Messagehall helped a non-profit organization develop an experiment in which a group of voters was given two messages and their responses tracked.

Starting from values-based polling information, control and test groups were identified and each phoned. Subsequent mail drove traffic to a website designed for the experiment, providing a unique site code to each voter. A final call tested voters' response, and again drove traffic to the website.

The experiment, which took place over two weeks, gave insight into the effectiveness difference between two distinct messages and how best to engage voters on a somewhat esoteric issue.

Tools employed: 4-color printing, target identification, message development, web design, polling.
